Rollout of phase 2 (which includes some parts of Acton Bridge) of the Cheshire West and Chester recycling & waste collection scheme begins with pre leaflet delivery from Monday 23 May 2022. The new service is being rolled out one round per week which will mean phase 2 will take 5 weeks to complete.

Weaverham, Cuddington and Acton Bridge Cemetery Committee would like to inform visitors to Gorstage Cemetery that the cemetery will be closed on Monday 13th June to visitors, until 5 p.m., due to work being carried out installing the new car park.

The Joint Cemetery Committee apologise for any inconvenience but hope that the installation of the new car park will be a welcome addition to the cemetery.
